The Sovereign Hills project is a multi-stage, $25+ million project undertaken by Kazac Civil over the last 10 years.

The subdivision construction comprised of over 500 Lots and major arterial roads and included the installation of gravity sewer, sewer pump station, stormwater drainage, road construction including kerb & gutter, water mains, bulk earthworks, subsoil drainage and electricity.

During the preliminary works for the stages, Kazac Civil regraded the lots including the excavation and relocation of over 1 million cubic metres of earthworks material.
