Total Project Value $10m+

Construction of 4 stages over 4 years, the 250 lot, $10m Ascot Park subdivision included earthworks and roadworks; kerb & gutter; footpaths; median strips; signposting and fire trails.

 

Widening of the existing Phillip Charley Drive to 9m; installation of sewer; stormwater; water mains; electricity and communications.


There was some complexity to this project with significant environmental considerations and ground issues regarding unsuitable materials.


Kazac Civil utilised our experienced internal technical and managerial staff to liaise with appropriate third parties ensuring that both contractual obligations and our internal environment standards were always met.
